The first time I went in to the store...the women working there ignored me. I asked to see a catalogue and one of the women said she would get it for me...ten minutes later I was still standing by the counter while the another woman talked on the phone. (NOT ABOUT ANOTHER BRIDES DRESS. I was then told that I could not see it! My second experience with them involved a phone conversation in which I asked about Sophia Tolli's gowns. I was given bad information about the dresses, and told that Sophia Tolli does not do loner programs. Suprise! The company does. Finding a dress is supposed to be a good experience for a bride to be. I would not purchase my gown from there if I were you. The women working there are not helpful at all. They are not the only store in Colorado that carried Sophia Tolli. Bridal Elegance does. They are bending over backwards so that I can get the dress that I want!

For your first visit, you'll probably think that the reviews are wrong. But wait till you have to deal with them when ordering, picking up, alterations, etc. They have nice dresses and mirrors, so if you are looking, go in an try dresses on...then find them cheaper at other stores around town! And don't bother getting your alterations done here either...they are RUDE and incredibly expensive. They wanted to charge my bridesmaids $80 each (after they told me if would be between $40-$60) for their alterations...the dress was like $180. They did not think that it was unreasonable and didn't care to provide necessary customer service, so we took them to another lady. No use trying to talk to the owner or manager...RUDE as well. Don't bother coming here!
